Our group retreats include daily mindfulness and movement classes

We believe that a daily practice grounds us and cultivates presence whilst traveling. After a yoga, meditation, or mindfulness session, we feel open-minded, calm and focused. We also feel connected to ourselves and our surroundings. This state of being brings so much meaning to travel and helps us ENJOY and embrace the journey!

InRetreat welcomes all experience levels

Our retreat guides are experts in their fields and adept at making everybody feel welcome. Our classes will be a lively mix of movement, breathwork, meditation, and inspiration. We love helping everybody find their healthy edge in a non-competitive environment.
